This notice covers the Pipp waitlist. It does not describe a Pipp product account.
Who runs the waitlist

What we keep and why
When you join, we keep your normalized email address, a registration ID, the signup time, and the version of this notice shown at signup. We collect the address for updates about access to Pipp. Joining does not create an account or guarantee an invitation. The waitlist does not send an automatic confirmation email.
Services involved
Cloudflare serves this website and stores registrations in a separate D1 database. Its Turnstile check helps protect the signup form. Pipp does not store the Turnstile token, IP address, or user agent in its waitlist table. Turnstile processes browser and network signals directly, including IP address and user agent. Read Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum and privacy policy for its handling of those signals.
How long we keep it
We keep uninvited waitlist registrations for up to 12 months from signup. To request earlier deletion, email hello@pipp.so.
Cloudflare D1 keeps automatic recovery history for up to 30 days, depending on the account plan. A row removed from the active database may remain in that history during its recovery window. See Cloudflare's D1 recovery documentation.
Your choices
To ask what waitlist information we hold about you or to request removal, email hello@pipp.so. We will handle the request through the waitlist's deletion process.
