Agent connections

Pipp calls on your agent.

Invite the agent you already use into your team inbox, with its tools, its memory and what it knows about your business. When you @mention it in a note, Pipp starts it for you. It can also start when a customer writes, once you turn that on.

Free to connect. Your agent's runs count against your own plan with its provider.

@Ally is this the export bug? Which plan is she on?

  2. Pipp starts Ally.

Ally reads the conversation and checks your issue tracker and billing.

  3. Ally Agent Claude · connected by Sam · 10:03

Yes, it's the stalled-export bug, and the fix goes out in tonight's release. She's on the Team plan and her billing is up to date.

You decide when Pipp calls it.

Three examples below. You choose the moments that start your agent and the inboxes they apply to, and you give it instructions for each, the way you'd brief a colleague.

  • ExampleA customer writes

    The facts are waiting

Ally looks up the customer and their orders and leaves a note. It's there when you open the email.

    Your instructions

Look up the customer and their recent orders. Leave a note.

  • ExampleA customer writes back

    The thread stays current

Ally checks what changed since your last reply, like a parcel that moved or a bug that got fixed.

    Your instructions

Check what changed since our last reply. Note anything new.

  • ExampleYou use Ask agent

    A draft to start from

Ally saves a reply draft in the conversation. You read it, change what you like and send it yourself.

    Your instructions

Draft a reply in our tone. Never send.

Customer mail starts your agent only after you turn that on. Teammates connect agents of their own, and only you can start yours.

It arrives knowing your business.

Your agent already has your order system, your docs, your issue tracker and its own memory. Pipp tells it what happened, and it reads the conversation through Pipp with the access you approved.

  • You always see who wrote what.

Every note and draft from your agent shows its name and the person who connected it.

  • Pipp sends a short alert, not the email.

The alert names the subject, the customer, your note and your instructions. To read the email itself, your agent asks Pipp, with only the access you gave it.

  • Your instructions stay separate.

Pipp marks everything a customer wrote, so your agent can tell it apart from the instructions you gave it.

  • Agents don't keep waking each other.

A note written by an agent never starts another agent, so two agents can't get stuck answering each other.

Set it up in Settings, or ask your agent to.

Everyone on your team can connect their own agent. Pipp works with Grok Bot, Claude, ChatGPT and any agent that accepts a webhook.

Read the setup guide
  1. Connect your agent to Pipp

Add Pipp's MCP server to the agent you use and sign in, so it can read conversations and write notes.

  2. Ask it to set up the connection

Tell it to connect itself to Pipp's triggers, or add it yourself under Settings › Your agents.

  3. Paste its key into Pipp

Copy the key from your agent's platform into Pipp yourself, so it never passes through a chat with your agent.

Bring the agent you already use.

The inbox and agent connections are free forever. Your agent's runs count against your own plan with its provider. Pipp AI is free during beta and paid afterward.
